When can You apply for a 100 % Refund?
2.If we are unable to deliver the service within 24-48 hours on Business Days, you will be eligible for a refund. Please note that there might be slight delays on weekends.
Refunds for ESA Letter Services cannot be provided in the 24-48-hour period in California, Arkansas, or Montana. This is due to the requirement of establishing a patient-provider relationship over 30 days before issuing the documentation, which may require multiple consultations before eligibility is determined. Standard timeframes apply for other services in the following states, like the PSD Letter.
3. If we or our medical professionals reject your ESA or PSD Letter verification, you can request a refund. Please send an email to info@myesatherapist.com to start the refund process. Following an internal audit, we will process the refund.
4. If your landlord rejects your PSD or ESA letter, you are entitled to a refund even if you have already complained to HUD or other appropriate authorities.
Cannot Request a Refund:
2. Your order is non-refundable, except in two specific cases:(1) if a licensed mental health professional states during your consultation that you are not eligible for an ESA letter, or (2) if your landlord rejects your PSD letter or ESA letter and you have filed a complaint with HUD. If you choose to cancel before your consultation, there will be a $30 processing fee for the refund.
3.If your landlord denies your PSD or ESA letter for a valid reason, you are not entitled to a refund. For instance, if your ESA has caused property damage or endangers the health and safety of others.
4.You understand that there may be changes to the laws governing emotional support animals (ESAs), and neither we nor your licensed healthcare provider (LHCP) can predict these changes. Your LHCP is paid to evaluate you and issue an ESA letter if you are eligible. By using our services, you understand that there won’t be any refunds if legislative modifications prohibit or restrict your ESA’s accommodations in any way, including housing and air travel. Furthermore, no refunds will be given if airlines cease to accommodate ESAs.
